If you don’t care for accommodations and just need a quick place to stay this is the right hotel. I called to have the shuttle arrive to pick me up from the airport and the woman on the phone said someone is going to arrive shortly I waited an hour and saw every hotel shuttle bus pull up but mines. After an hour I got an uber but still wait to see if the shuttle would pull up. I waited 1 hour and 15 and it never showed. The same night I asked for an extra comforter because it was super cold and it never showed up. I asked for housekeeping to pick up because we ordered out a lot and no one showed up. It was really annoying asking for something and it being ignored completely. I learned that you have to go to the front desk and wait until someone actually does something for you.

The door wouldn’t close, they seemed to be under construction. The phone did not even work to call front desk to tell them. It had a smell. I just rented a room at the Embassy Suite by the airport, now that hotel was a great stay. I would recommend no one stay at Quality Inn.

Crappiest stay ever

This hotel was awful. We got there at 10pm our room was not ready yet and there was a line ahead of us. Our fridge was busted and found put the next morning that the toilet didnt work. Lamps were rusted and busted, door frames were cracked and chipped, the hallways smelled and the elevator was scary to get into.

Was supposed to be non smoking hotel yet whole floor smelled of marijuhana very unclean roaches on floors un savory guesrs felt like a homeless shelter !! Restrictions on breakfast staff guy opened door 2 hours before checkout while my girlfriend was getting dressed i can’t believe you had it rated so high .. im really upset and now will think rwice about booking a trip thru expedia !!

I would never go back here again. It was dirty. The bed was broke. The staff was nice, but they was dirty. My granddaughter slipped because there was stuff all over the floor on the first floor garbage papers. It was dirty it smelt horrible, and it was a lot of drug addicts. We watched a few people do drugs in the parking lot.

The inside was outdated which was fine but also paint was falling off the walls, halls weren’t vacuumed. Hair was in the bath tub. It’s not a 3 star hotel at a good deal , it’s a 1 maybe 2 star hotel . It was 2:00 am when we got in from the airport otherwise I would have left.

The front desk staff was awesome. I was on the 5the floor. Several strange smells throughout the night. Very loud heater. Bed was comfortable. Not much around to do. Only place to eat was Denny's. Awesome airport shuttle service. Call ahead to arrange airport pick up. Return to A/p every half hour
