Not happy

Plug to tub broken and knob. No hair dryer had to ask 3 time. Remote to tv we had to stand in front of tv.had to go to front desk for a key multi times.toliet was clogged

I stayed for two nights and three days. The first day I got in late evening so I did not see much except that the remote for tv was not working and they forgot to add enough towels for three people. The second day the hotel needs to renovate. I stayed at a non smoking room but the hall not it smelled like cigarettes/marijuana. The iron table was broken and the remote did not work although someone was supposed to get another one but that did not happened. The carpet inside and outside needs a cleaning. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean except for the carpet. The furniture is old and the walls need some fresh paint. All in all you need to renovate. No security as there was homeless people going in. The staff as you enter were great. I personally would not stay there again until they renovate.

It smelled bad, it was dirty, there were 4 men who worked there standing at the front counter arguing, our room smelled of cigarette smoke, we were woken in the middlle of the night by people yelling

The lobby, hallways and general facility was dirty. The hotel rooms were very noisy with loud parties coming into the hotel until 12:30 am. At one point someone attempted to enter my room banging on the door and turning the handle. When they were unsuccessful I heard them attempting to do the same thing to other rooms. I was told this person was later arrested. This was a very disappointing experience and I will never be booking a Quality hotel again in the future.

When you first walk in the hotel smelled of weedi, the staff are very unwelcoming you receive no greeting or smiles. The hotel is very outdated and sketchy in some places. The rooms are very outdated as well when we first walked into our room there were dirt marks on the floor. I’m not one to complain over anything free but the continental breakfast was horrible definitely needs a lot of improvement and you get “watched” by the staff the whole time your trying to eat your food ( I was with my family my husband and three daughters) and felt very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again!

First room we had no heat no remote for the television set. Next room was dirty bathroom sink leaking floors not vacuumed. Does the inch thick terrible property they need to do some work. I need a refund.

OK Stay

It was an OK stay. Check-in was friendly and quick. Nice sized room for the two of us, the bed and pillows were good enough, no microwave for those who need one, but I only could give a four because underneath the beds there were old toys and trash and never vacuumed. The breakfast was a bright spot.
