This property is really rundown and desperately in need of an overhaul. I thought I was booking at a Wyndham Garden which this property was as one time. It is now a Choice hotel but I don’t believe it’s meeting that company’s expectations. I think they are very short staffed to the extent that service and safety are affected. The elevators were running very slowly until they stopped working altogether. This is a 6 floor property. The parking lot lights were not on and the property does not feel safe. On the plus side, the shower water pressure was strong but the temperature markers are backwards. The pool looked nice but there were 2 chairs in it this morning.

We had to take the stairs because a customer set-off the fire alarm by smoking in his room. The stairwell had not been swept in some time. Dust, dead insects and trash was in the stairwell. The receptionist never briefed us on the serving of the breakfast meal. The front and back double glass doors had fingerprints all over them. Every time that we went out and came back in our room key demagnetized. Our room was on the fourth floor. I had to come downstairs, get the key recharged and then go back upstairs again. It appeared that the management team was struggling to maintain the hotel adequately.

We missed our flight to Las Vegas and had to rebook for a morning flight.I chose this accommodation because it was close to the airport and the price was sufficient.The smell of smoke overwhelmed the room. I asked for a room change and they were accommodating. The second one was somewhat better.The hallways and room doors on the outside looked horrid. Hallway rugs were dirty looking and smelled funny. Once in the room, everything else was good I guess. The towels were unbelievably white!! I travel a lot and these were the second whites linen I ever seen. The bathroom looked nice and the water stayed hot during my long shower. Overall I would not recommend this hotel not even to my enemy.

Staff was very slow in checking in customers. Room had cigarette butts throughout it. Room had a foul odor. There was trash throughout the common areas, to include the stairwells and hallways.

Room w/o contracted basics and apathetic managemen

Was promised a room with microwave, refrigerator, tv with premium channels. Tv had no remote. Turning it on manually it had no service on any channel. I contacted front desk three times (by phone and in person). Promised it would get fixed and it did not. Completely ruined my night. In the morning I wanted to warm up my leftovers, but there was no microwave. The worst part of the trip was the fact that the front desk didn’t care about my stay when I went to check out. I left my name and number and never got a phone call. I called them when they said manager would be here and was told that the manager was unavailable. Trying to get some kind of refund since the services promised were not delivered and hot has been completely ignoring me.
