The staff was super nice. They went above and beyond! The price was terrific. Way better than other hotels in that area. Super convenient to many attractions like museums. The room was pretty much fine! The only issues: I was near the elevator and all night I heard it going up and down. There was a big clump of hair and mop strings on the bathroom floor. When I complained they threw some points my way! There was also duct tape on the ceiling. Maybe there had been a leak? No big deal. I'm happy with my stay.

Very tiny room (twin bunkbeds), almost claustrophobic for two people, ceiling was cement/incomplete, previous guest had set alarm clock and turnover staff did not reset so we had a rude awakening. In my opinion, I should not have to check the room alarm, especially in a day where most people use their phones as an alarm. No major amenities for the cost. TV signal was spotty. Would not stay here again.

we could not check in when we were supposed to we were given bogus excuses....the room is ready but needs to be inspected...next it was the room is ready but we need to make keys...in the end they had to assign us to different rooms...the staff was very nice

The room had hair and other items on bed and floor. One bath towel had more hair on my initial stay. The water was off in my room for many hours my second night. On checkout day, room service started to enter my room while I exited the shower. The hotel was very noisy. I doubt I would stay here again.

Good location from where you can walk to a lot of sites. For the amount that was charged, the room was super, super small. It was not finished, the cement ceiling had still holes in it with writings of measurements on it.

Pictures online are VERY deceiving compared to in person. Everything looks much more spacious, including the bar area and it was small. The price wasn’t too bad, didn’t see it mentioned anywhere when booking that a $150 incidental charge was going to be required. That overdrafted my bank account and hit me with a $35 fee. They advertise a discounted parking rate for the across the street parking. I figured something like 30 or 35$ vs the $50 fee.NOPE!!! $3 discount. That’s it!! For that I could’ve stayed closer to the venue i was attending and had comp’d parking which would’ve been cheaper in the long run. Asked for a large coffee at the coffee shop in the lobby and I got what looked like a 10-12 oz coffee… not to mention, and I’m sure it’s a different company, but the valet who brought my car down, was noticeably annoyed and had an attitude because I didn’t have any $$ left to tip him after paying for parking. Overall would most likely not stay here again.

Walls were paper thin. We were kept up all night by yelling neighbors. Sheets weren’t changed. Room looked over a parking lot. Our key cards stopped working multiple times and we had to get new ones.

I love the vibe of the hotel. It’s calm when you want it to be and energetic when you want it to be. We loved access to the two restaurants and cafe. The room was small but perfectly clean. We will be staying here anytime we are in Philly!
