Lovely hotel. Very clean. Modern. Rooms are small, but very well designed. Perfect place to stay if your priority is being in a safe, comfortable, attractive, clean hotel room and don’t need lots of luxuries. It’s not The Ritz or the W. But a great little hotel. Good coffee place in the lobby.

The Motto was a delightful surprise. It is in a nice spot in the city, just steps from Rittenhouse Square and plenty of great restaurants and shopping. The staff at check-in was friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and uncluttered with a great bathroom. I will definitely stay there again.

Great weekend getaway with granddaughter.
Room was a little small for myy husband’s wheelchair but we managed. Great shower. Bed was too soft for me but t my hubby loved it. Couldn’t use the rooftop. A wedding. A bit disappointed. Great staff.

Great hotel! Not only was the hotel clean, but the location was perfect. Everything for the most part was in walking distance. The staff was also very friendly! Isabelle made sure to provide us with the best room available, so we could enjoy a great view! There's also a restaurant and a rooftop bar at this location. Definitely recommend!

I am a regualr (business trips) and I keep coming back. First of all staff is great: they really care for guests. They are very personable and they recognized me the second time I stayed there. Once my key did not work and they came back to the room with me to make sure the second set of key would work. Rooms are a bit on the small side but it's all you need. Furniture is tasteful and modern, matress is excellent. Room and bathroom are spotless, nice shower size and amenities. Well sized TV. Location is very convenient for me but it's city center and it's Phialadephia, so not all roses ... however I always felt safe and I still love the city!

The hotel had a great restaurant and a beautiful rooftop bar! We had an issue getting housekeeping to come after sleeping in but the staff apologized and took care of it. Rooms are not huge but they are well ventilated and the beds are comfortable.

What a little gem in downtown Philly. Picked it so I could walk from Amtrak and it wound up being an amazing location. Staff was great, room was perfect. Gym was good, rooftop bar was cool and the coffee shop in the lobby delicious.
