The staff was kind, the check in process was ok. The room was clean and spacious, it needs renovation but is ok if you are only going for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast was Ok, maybe add something warm and another fresh fruit. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell from the parking space to my room (building 13) it was really bad smell.

I never stayed in reserved room. I called and the hotel stated that they have no room reserved under my name. I insisted and they said I should get a refund from your source, as a mistake has been made .

Nice place, nice pool, we were able to check in early. Which was great because it was very hot and we had a very early flight out in the morning. My only complaint is the remote for the tv only turned it on and would not control anything else on the Tv. I mentioned it to the front desk twice and she said she would send maintenance up and no one ever showed up.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathtub was not draining properly, next day staff was informed. However once back at the hotel later that day, bathtub was still not draining. Staff said that informed maintenance. Overall it was a good experience for the price paid.

Weird, but NO wash cloths 😩 WALLS are thin, could hear loud people a lot outside. BUT, I felt they misled about NO SHUTTLE SERVICE, I think Expedia should make that part of their AD... you get what you pay for. Cheap is not always quality, but clean 👌

After I got in bed I heard a loud rattling noise which I thought was the AC. When I opened the window curtain I saw that the window was completely open and the noise was coming from an outside AC unit across the walkway. It ran for another 30 minutes before it quit.
