Overall , this is a below than average stay. You get what you pay for : Our bathroom door was broken so there was no privacy Little to no water pressure for the shower Stained bedroom sheets The bed was hard I would only recommend the hotel for a short time stay.

The property was convenient for going to an event at the Wells Fargo Center. The room smelled bad - like sweet cleaning supplies. My pajamas still stink. The bathtub was stained. The bed was comfortable. Only one night so it was all okay.

The rooms are very spacious The only thing I didn’t like was where the hotel was located. It wasn’t the greatest area. But it was close to the airport.

The two nights I stayed I got bitten up by beg bugs I will never go there again and look under your mattresses for bugs when you go there to stay.

First room was not thoroughly cleaned - cricket and flies in bathroom and crumbs left on bedside tables. Room also smelled as if someone had recently been cooking food. Front desk was very kind about it and put us in another room that was a lot better.

The room had giant stains on the floor. My pillow didn’t have pillow cases. Claimed the room was sound proof but could hear everything. Also claimed it was no smoking but the stench of smoke was very strong.

If you don’t want hearing jets taking off and landing at all hours of the night and morning, and want black out curtains, this is not the place for you. There was ample light that showed into the room, and I heard jets even in early morn. Area outside the room smelled of sewage.

We reserved a 2bd, 2ba suite. We had 6 people and had asked for a 1st floor for my elderly mom, but none was available when we arrived. We made the 2nd floor work and I liked that we had a kitchen, with a microwave, stove and full fridge, but the dishwasher didn't look like it was operational. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Front desk staff helped with extra sheets, blankets dish soap and garbage pail. The pullout couch had crumbs on the mattress, which we shook off, because no vacuum was available. Overall it worked ok, if they could get the carpets cleaned, wall and upholstery in tip top shape and more kitchenware, it would be an Excellent place to stay. I liked that we could have 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, unlike Home2 that has one big room and 1 bath for 6 people.
