The overall experience was first class. Starting with the man, who took our suitcases, was so friendly, so welcoming and informative. The bar that night was short of staff, even though, the barman, was able to serve each customer with kindness, courtesy, efficiency and a smile. Kudos for him. Elizabeth, from the front desk, was kind, helpful and informative as well. All that, besides the location, the food and the beautiful hotel.

There were no soaps in the room. When the room was cleaned, no extra toilet paper was in the room. The hotel wanted to charge for parking per night even though car hadn't been parked there. I won't ever come to this hotel again.

Underwhelmed

Lumpy beds and a single opened and partially drank bottle of water provided for 3 guests in a hot room no matter what you set the temperature to. Paid extra for M Club access but keys didn't work for the door. Amenities such as room service and call down valet not available.

Perfect Spot!

Great hotel, great location! Walkable to so much! The staff was super friendly, rooms were big.beds were comfortable. Its in Old City near the water but very easy acess to everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.
