Staff was rude ! We had a double booking for the same room we had 3 different people knock on our door asking if we were leaving at 9 am management had nothing to say they put us in a room that already had someone in it we opened our door to only be greeted by other guest

Staying overnight for a day surgery i was quite disappointed by the lack of parking. Website indicated self parking but upon arriving was told valet only at $90 plus tip. Stayed across the street for $63 which is also outrageous!

The hotel was great but the surrounding area is riddled with homeless and beggars which just became a pain to deal with

The room was spacious enough for My Family & I though it could use more lighting. There was a scarf found behind one of the beds so it makes you wonder how clean the room was especially since that would’ve been easily found if the bed was being made. Then we had NO TV to watch being as though it was stuck on the home screen we had someone from concierge come to bring us blankets and she tried to play with it but no luck. Thank God for tablets & phones

I gave this hotel two stars… one star for the valet parking service staff who were wonderful, and one for the room which was clean and comfortable. However, I was really disappointed with the rest of the staff and the facilities. The pool was rundown and chilly. There were no more towels available and eventually when the woman who was in charge of towels brought them she was incredibly incredibly rude, banging things around and ordering customers around to move their things. The staff in the market pantry were also not very helpful. They were more friendly, but we stood around for several minutes waiting to order despite there being 4-5 people behind the counter. In regards to front desk staff, when I asked to extend check out, I was told I had to pay an extra $50, which was fine but frustrating since I paid so much for the room to begin with. And then when checking out I caught errors on my bill and had to ask the staff member to correct them. Staying here was convenient since I had to attend an event at the convention center, but I will never do it again.
