I had booked this hotel because it was closest to the venue of the concert I was going to. They don’t tell you about all the charges they put on your card, only the hotel fee. There’s one charge that they didn’t notify me about. Also, if I’m spending so much to stay here, there shouldn’t be anything broken or garbage left in the room. I arrived an hour after check in time, so there’s no excuse as to why my room was still left with garbage in the trash cans. I personally will never stay here again.

Great stay for attending a Phillies game. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Every one on the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant in the casino.

A very nice place to stay
We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the Live Casino Hotel. It's not shabby like other Philadelphia casinos. We stayed overnight after a concert, and would do so again.

The room was very clean but we did not have wifi the whole stay. I contacted the front desk and they gave me a few things to try to resolve the issue but that didn't work so we were not able to fully enjoy the stay.

Another great stay at Live Casino & Hotel - Philly
This was our second stay at Live Casino & Hotel - Philadelphia, and this time was just as great as the last. Asked for a late check-out. The girl that checked use in stated the latest she could do was 12. In the morning I received a text about checking out by 11am. Went downstairs the day girl was like nope no late checkout!!! Then she got the manager he only gave us till 1130am he stated there really is no late check-out. We went onto the Live Casino website and could book the same exact room for October 2nd. Why would you lie to someone who may have booked another night if needed!
