It a runned-down property. My room’s lamps weren’t working, there is not closet to hang up the cloth. The carpets smell bad. The location is not pleasant, and on top of all it’s way to expensive for one star hotel (my own rating).

My reservation was nonexistant upon arrival. They also charged me regular price vs what hotels.com gave me the room for. Bathroom mirror was dirty. Room was filthy. Door to room was broken. Not comfortable at all.

The airport pick up service is excellent we arrived at 3:00am and we wait only 10minutes. The personnel were nice and polite. The room need updated, the carpet was dirty, humid kind of wet and stained, the bathroom was not very clean the wall was stained. The breakfast was ok.

Did the park and stay....Never again !!!! Waited 2 hrs at the airport for a shuttle. Called hotel 8 or more times and kept being told it was coming, that they were tracking it. Never cam and then front desk person stated they had no clue because he had no communication with the shuttle driver. No apology or anything, had to get another way back to hotel just to get my car, what a JOKE!

I always stay here when I am in the Philadelphia area, and I come to the area quite a bit. Highly recommended, and the convenient and filling breakfast offered in the morning is a very pleasant bonus.

Price was good, we've been in other La Quintas in different States and they are great. I was disappointed with this one, on Saturday October 5th, there was no tea at breakfast, when I asked the front desk she told me she will bring it later but she never did, I decided to drink coffee only to realized they didn't refill the coffee, I waited for 1/2 an hour but nobody came to refill coffee or tea. The front desk receptionist was not helpful at all.☹️ Bathroom was clean, it had soap and clean towels, sheets no so clean, my pillow had a red spot (looked like ketchup).

Worn out
The staff were efficient and helpful. I did not use the breakfast buffet but it appeared well stocked. The rooms are normal-sized but very worn, including the furniture. The loveseat cushions were so worn out that you sit on the frame when you sit down. However, the hotel offers free parking in the back lot during your trip and transportation to/from the airport, which is a big bonus.
