Six floors with only one elevator, of two, working. The complimentary breakfast was powdered scrambled eggs and even lower quality meat and flour product. The hotel was fully booked and kept up with the minimum needs of the guests but I would not rate it as highly as the reviews that led me into staying. It was a cold night's sleep on an uncomfortable mattress, I won't stay there again.

We stayed for 1 night over the weekend. The pool was packed w not 1 towel available all weekend. So many teens and kids in the hotel they probably couldnt have them out. At night it turned to a party on floor 5. Teens are allowed to rent rooms and party so dont expect to sleep. The staff was great. The property was taken care of. It attracts the type of crowd i was hoping to escape from so i wouldn't stay here again. No fault to the hotel, guests dont jnow how to behave and be respectful

One of the elevators was out of order. The garbage was piled three feet high at the continental breakfast. No one was the least bit concerned about it. When I went to the front desk to speak about the women were sitting in chairs drinking starbucks

Excellent stay. Room was spacious and beautiful decor. It was clean. Except for the comforter on one of the beds, had dark spots. Breakfast was good. They were helpful and generous. The refridgerator made a constant lound humming noise. The water pressure was weak. The price was excellent. Did not see pool or gym, sonce we came in late and checked out early to visit

Thank you all for everything, breakfast was good, customer service was good. The only thing that I can complaint about is that there is pictures of the pool and on the end I see a hot tub and there is no tub.
