We arrived at 4 and were given a room on floor 2. When we went up to floor 2 it smelled and most of the doors were open to rooms still being cleaned. Trash bags in the hall and food on the floor. Our room was clean but the smell was bad. By 7pm it was all clean but I was surprised we were sent to a hall that was that much still to be done so late in the day. The pool was not clear at all, we decided to not swim which was a bummer as that was why we booked here, because of the indoor pool

Our room need a dehumidifier, smell. The only toiletries available was one little piece of soap. No tissues, no shower cap, not a single water bottle for coffee.

We were put in a room with a king bed and no pull out couch for 3 people. Thankfully they were able to switch our room. The furniture was beat up and the bed headboards had greasy head stains and marks all over them along with the doors. The room had no sheets for the couch. We had 2 wash rags and 2 hand towels for 3 people and no floor mat towel for the shower. There were marks on the ceilings with who knows what on them. The whole smelled like pot. The pics showed the pool to have a hot tub. There was not one! The pool was overcrowded with screaming kids so we had no relaxing time at the pool. There was a family with 3 kids packing up food at the breakfast bar leaving it low. Definitely not worth the money! So sad. The staff was nice.

The adjoining rooms I requested were not available. However I was able to get two rooms on separate floors, right next to the elevator, which was inoperable for most of our visit.

The check in process was simple . The rooms are clean and spacious. The problems started the next day . The pool area was unclean. No towels in the pool area . The filter in the pool not working properly. You can smell that they put a lot of chlorine in the pool . Then the sink stopped up and I had to go all the way down from the fifth floor to get somebody to help since the phones weren’t working . When we asked for new towels and wash clothes guess what there were none ! They didn’t have staff to start the laundry . The ice machines didn’t work !
