Front staff were friendly, housekeeping staff do not speak any English. No towels at the pool, no fan in the bathroom, no breakfast left by 8:30. The hotel seemed ill-equipped for hosting more than 20 guests a night? We had noisy neighbours til 2 am, not the hotels fault of course, but made for a lousy sleep.

I only rate cleanliness Average because I did wake up on night itching on my foot and my daughter had a bug bite on her arm that she said was itchy BUT there was no signs of bed bugs or none that I saw and it was only one of the 3 nights stayed..

I like that the hotel is in a safe space away from all of the traffic and congestion. I love thats its close to the mall, casino, and attractions so you dont have to worry about traveling. I also love that they have an indoor pool open all year long.

I travel every Christmas holiday with my kids and this by far was the worst we've ever been. You're literally fighting for break fast every morning with very little options. No accommodation for the ammount of guests, most times we had to stand to eat.We were there for 10days and had to request our beddings be changed after day 4 as no attempt of cleaning. The pool is a filty diety place that no one should use, let alone kids. This hotel should not has bot met any hygiene standards . The pictures on line is not what what it is at all.
