My son was injured and we couldn’t make to the soccer tournament scheduled for this weekend. Despite being a long holiday, with a lot of demand for accommodations, the Holiday Inn didn’t give us a waiver and charged us for a room we didn’t use.

Overall the property was decent and the rooms were newly renovated. However, I found it odd that even as a Hilton Honors member you get one bottle of water for your entire stay. Regardless of the number of days of your stay or how many people are staying with you. This is not a good example of customer service in my opinion. I get not offering free breakfast anymore, but limiting guests to one bottle of complimentary bottle of water, that can't cost more than $0.25 seems a bit ridiculous.

I never got a receipt for room payment and break down. Front desk person was in a hurry and not very friendly. She stated could not remove the breakfast charge for 2 that we did not use. Over all, less pleasant stay.

I didnt like that me and my neely married husband booked an expensive room with a jet tun and the jets were broken. Also the drain in the shower was broken in 2 pieces and was a hazard. Very disappointed.

It was a nice hotel. At 4 am another guest was banging on the door next to mine for 45 minutes. No one answered at the front desk to handle the situation. I got no sleep!
