Smooth check in, clean room, loved the dove products in the bathroom. We had an amazing stay here regardless of the awful smell that came from the bathroom at night. Several options at breakfast, great location and great customer service.

The toilet seat was super loose but they came up and tightened it. There was a couple of ants in bathroom on the floor. Stuff around floor when we walked in so we had them come up and vacuum but it kept showing up again. Not sure if it was falling from ceiling. Beds were super comfy!

Our stay was very comfortable and worthwhile. The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers and food attendant were all helpful and courteous. They were always happy to assist. The location is close to the King of Prussia Mall (like 8 mins walk) and it’s close to the city center and Sesame Street Park (30-45 mins). It was an amazing experience.

I love this facility, I’ve came here a few times and every time it’s always a good experience the staff are kind and helpful they offer breakfast, I myself had never had their breakfast but it must be good the dinning room is always packed, it’s quiet and clean.

Front desk staff rude. Needs better customer service skills. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded for the incidentals that was never displayed on hotels.com website at the time of booking. Had to ask for a printed receipt and this required the clerk to get up from her chair to print and she was not happy about that and made it known.
