While the staff is very friendly and it was very clean, the key card situation is very confusing with the elevators. My main issue with the facility is everything you need to spend money. There is maybe 40 channels. If you want something kid friendly, it’s $10-30 to watch a movie. $12.99 for music on the tv. Breakfast is very expensive. I wish there was more in walking distance, as there’s nothing. I did appreciate the secure parking though, just wish I knew it was over $50 to park.

Must stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The room was beautiful. The view was amazing. The only thing that I did not like was the elevator, it took us almost 15 minutes to get to our room because the elevators were not working properly, but other than that, I will definitely stay there again.

The room and bathroom are not clean and there are hairs on the bathroom floor, in the drawers, and around the bed, and the towels were not folded nicely, and I didn't go complain about it because I don't want them to hurt and fire the person responsible for cleaning.
