Quick and easy check in. Literally the fastest checkin I’ve ever experienced. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Parking is convenient but not part of the hotel. Pro tip: if you’re able, find nearby parking that offers discounted $10 parking 6pm-6am and just move your car after. Being in the city center, everything was within walking distance. The top floor restaurant was a godsend as all nearby spots had a long wait when we decided to eat later in the evening. Prices were fair for the quality of food offered. Earned Hilton reward points nearly every time we walked out of the elevator. I have no complaints. I’d stay there again.

The biggest disappointment of any hotel experience I've ever had. We almost chose the Marriot and I kicked myself both nights for going w Hilton. Heat didn't work in our room, and the bedding on the spare bed was filthy. GROSS level. Guy came to repair the heater, couldn't, so they sent us to another room. This had ne bedding at all on the spare bed, and no pillows. So i tried to callbthe front desk, but the phone didn't work. Went downstairs to ask for pillows & a working phone; i was told there were no pillows ledt in the hotel and id i wanted anything, just use my cellphone to call. (!!!) Dinner in the restaurant was awful. No coffee, no ice cream, no lemons, no bread. They were out of featured desserts even though the dining room was empty. The room was dark, poorly lit and drab. It was a very depressing Dinner. Honestly i want my money back for this stay. And then i got bothered by Hilton salespeople every time i came downstairs from the elevator. I want my $900 back. Awful.

Restaurants, chinatown, mall and museums are around and short walk. Hotel is nice, jr suite room is clean, spacious & good price. Staffs are friendly and fast check-in. Parking is a bit pricy but ez to spot its entrance on left side of main hotel door. Some noises on the streets heard at nite even from 8th floor. Generally the hotel is in great area, will book again soon in near future.

Was scheduled to check in and reserved a junior suite for 5 people back in October 2024. Prior to checking in I received a call saying they overbooked and could no longer accommodate my party and could offer us a King size standard bed or cancel. We were there for a volleyball tournament and all nearby hotels were booked. After back and forth they finally put a mattress in the room and comped our stay. Will rethink staying there again.
