I love Hampton Inn hotels!!! The only reason I did not give this property top scores in every category was the internet / WiFi was out the first night I was there and I got there early to facilitate a virtual meeting. There were NO options! There was NO ETA for when the WiFi would be working. I had to call around to find places that would allow me to use theirs. It was not easy on a Friday Evening.

I did’t find the staff particularly attentive or friendly. The valet was usually head down on the desk sleeping or playing video games. The front desk could also use a course in friendliness.

An attempt was made to charge my card and it “declined” and my booking was cancelled the same day of reservation. I wasnt to be charged until I came to check in. Called the hotel to resolve the issue and the staff who answered the phone had a very nasty attitude. Called back a second time and they immediately hung up. I will not be staying at this location EVER again. Retrain your front desk workers!!
