We really enjoyed the room. It was a good handicap accessible room. I wish there had been another piece of furniture to sit in. Also, it was hard to get a hold of concierge to get additional coffee. But everyone I did talk to was super helpful. Loved the location. We could walk everywhere.

We picked the hotel for location and value. It had a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy but sheets very basic. The complaints: the latch on the bathroom was broken and my husband got locked in, and the windows were very drafty so needed extra blankets. Good news: Maintenance came immediately to fix the lock; they brought extra blankets as soon as we asked.
