I had no issue with my stay. Only thing I did not like was that there was a fee of $12 to park my car. I have never had to pay for parking before at a hotel

Would definitely stay here again! Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom with plenty of counter space so my daughter and I could get ready together. Our room was also very clean and NO bugs! Breakfast was a nice surprise with great selection. Location was a nice and quick drive to the Wells Fargo center.

My room and bathroom were very clean. I liked that the bedding smelled fresh. Check in was quick. The only downsize was they don't have a shuttle to the airport.

Great location! But we just got home today and I was checking my cc statement and I see they charge me $11 a day for parking. Was there an alternative place to park? I paid for my room and I came by plane then rental… should I have done something different with my car. I think that was unnecessary it was not a gated parking lot… it was just a normal hotel parking lot. Everoelse was very good.

No shampoo in the room. No microwave. Doors slamming all night long. Charged for parking yet nowhere did it say there was a charge. There was no coffee in the lobby ever!! Only one waffle machine for breakfast so chance you were getting one.

Nice but could be better
Quick and easy stay. Hotel is comfortable. Some of the staff should not be in the service industry. A simple smile would go a long way or saying sorry to keep you. All the breakfast trays was empty on arrival and instead of topping up everything was cleared out while guest wanted food

We have stayed at this property before. It’s not what it used to be. Getting ragged around the edges, dirty public spaces, and with insects in the room to boot. It’s basically in the middle of a wetlands and that takes some effort to fight back to keep a property nice. I think they are giving up. We won’t stay here again.
