I arrived at 11:30am, and they said my room is ready, but if I'm checking in before noon, then I have to pay 25$ extra. Not a great start, and not how I expect treatment for an "honors" member. Then I get to the room, it was on the street side, super noisy (although I was on the 9th floor). I couldn't sleep, I could hear every single car, truck, bus, you name it, that was passing by. It was horrible. I kept getting woken up startled by passing vehicles. As if that was no enough, the room's alarm rings at 5:30am because they did not clear the alarm from the previous guest. I wake up to make a coffee, and the coffee machine was not cleaned. It still had a used coffee bag from the previous guest, which made me think, have they cleaned anything else in this room? have they changed the sheets? Overall, a horrible experience, and not one you would expect when you have paid 250$ for the night.

Huge hotel in the great location, very conveniently situated on top of a major subway stop which is a part of direct line towards the Citizen Bank Park - nice way for a visiting fan to attend a Phillies game. Breakfast seems to be too expensive for appearance though. Best part - the hotel is dog friendly, if a guest has one travelling w/ them.

The property is run-down including dusty vents. I was on floor 24 of 26. I’ve been very loyal to Hilton for decades. I will now ve looking if they have been renovated or built. This location poor cleaning many items moldy or broken. Not worth it. The want you to have a five star stay in a one star experience.

The property is in a wonderful location. The views are incredible. It is in walking distance to Rittenhouse Square and wonderful restaurants. It was also great that there is a parking lot available. There was only one staff member when we were checking in and there was an issue she was trying to resolve with a person ahead of us. She was going in and out of the backroom to ask questions. It took a long time to check in. However, the rooms were so well done that it was worth the wait!
