Shabby in King of Prussia.

Disappointing stay. Drain was clogged in bathroom, so that didn’t drain well, just gross. Many of the plugs/outlets in the room didn’t work. The lobby was nice, but the general condition of the entire hotel was a bit tired and shabby. Restaurant/bar of the hotel was probably its most redeemable quality. Parking was a bit cramped and the covered parking was just filthy and not tended to. Front desk lady seemed ambivalent to any issues in our room, even when reminded about them at checkout to help the next sucker who gets the room we had. For $300 a night, there are better hotels out there, look elsewhere.

I felt a bit catfished, the lobby photos made it seem like it was going to be a modern hotel. However the rooms were musty, and the bathrooms barely had warm water and took forever to warm up. It was clean. Getting to the room was a maze.
