Upon arrival the lady at the front desk just stared at me and said “what do you need” . No welcome, are you checking in? Limited menu for dinner at the bar area. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a shuttle to the airport that was convenient. When leaving same poor attitude at the counter . Didn’t ask if I was checking out, just looked at me and said put the key in the box, and went back to his office .

I arrived at Delta at 3:30 in the afternoon to check in from the airport had a 60 birthday party to attend at the firehouse in Fairmount, which was fabulous my room when I arrived was 90°. They said they would call the engineer and gave me a fan. I told them to please have it fixed when I got back. Got back at midnight 1 o’clock in the morning room was still 90° they said there was nothing they could do and if I wanted, I could leave the facility at 1 AM in the morning. I travel to the Hilton Garden Inn in Mount Laurel, which I highly recommend. I am a union member and I would not recommend the Delta of Marriott. They did absolutely nothing for me at 1 AM in the morning horrible

I liked my mini suite immensely. The restaurant and a la carte for breakfast is perfect. Airport shuttle is great. Very good sports bar and nice evening atmosphere in the sports bar restaurant. My room fridge worked so I could purchase other refreshments. I wish the store store had longer open hours, especially at night when you get hungry. Had to use doordash for food deliveries to my suite. I would definitely book again at this airport hotel. But if you want to see the sites of Philadelphia then you will need to rent a vehicle.

I was VERY VERY unhappy with my stay. I traveled 12 hrs to be left with no option but to sleep in a VERY VERY hot room. I was unable to book a stay somewhere else. No accommodation was made my first night and for this I feel like Delta Hotel is wrong and need to accommodate with something.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my inaugural stay at the Delta Hotel Philadelphia Airport. Upon arrival, I was not greeted, and the check-in process was unusually brief, with the staff member requesting my name, handing me my keys, and neglecting to provide information about the hotel, including the requirement to pay for parking at check-in. As a result, I was surprised to discover a $78 parking violation fee the following morning. Furthermore, I was not informed about the hotel's amenities, dining options, or the location of the elevators. Additionally, I was not advised of my room number or floor, or that there is no air conditioning. The room I purchased was supposed to be a king bed with pantry access daily 24/7 and a $25 food and beverage credit. However, I did not receive any of those amenities; instead, I was given a double queen bed and access to the pantry for only the last three hours of my stay. Upon entering the room, I found it to be excessively hot, and despite adjusting the temperature controls, the temperature remained unchanged.
