I stayed two nights here. The rooms were surprisingly small. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable for getting ready. The front desk staff and bellhop were friendly and accommodating. For the price I would have expected nicer room and at least a continental breakfast. Also it’s a very busy street and traveling alone made it very difficult to drop off luggage before traveling around the block to park as it was a no stopping zone in front of the main entrance.

Very convenient and nice hotel. Like the filtered water bottle machines on every floor. Only improvement suggestions would be (kinda nitpicking tbh) to move the shower curtains out a few inches so they don’t flow into the shower and maybe mattress toppers for comfier beds.

Terrible Service

Usually a good experience, but this time was a terrible experience. Delayed service of to an hour to come fix the tv in room. Tv still couldn’t get fixed and therefore the tv did not work for the night.

I was disappointed. The pictures don’t even come close to align with reality. The rooms are small, outdated and poorly decorated. It gave me a real low budget feeling overall. I won’t book it again.

It's a nice, economy option. The room was a little tight, but I knew it would be smaller going in. I was surprised at the tight bathroom, though the water pressure was lovely. Everything was too close to the toilet for comfort, including the towel storage. One of our towels was either stained or not quite clean, so we didn't use it. The rest were fine. Also, no fridge, so take that into consideration, and no valet, so you have to find a local garage. You also have to use the elevators, which can be slow. The stairs dump you out into a very odd, almost eerie hallway, which force you to exit into the dirty alley. We used them once and avoided them thereafter. That being said, the staff and other guests were lovely, and the location is very convenient.
