I reserved three nights but needed to add one more night. However , I could not add the night via the front desk. I had to call the third party to extend the extra night . I requested to stay in the same room and the third party agreed but I need add more money , which I agreed too. However , the front desk requested me to pay additional 35 $. Later in this 35 $ was removed . The funny thing was that I came back to the room and found there was a sign on the door “sleeping”. The front deck was informed and confirmed no body was sleeping there, but the room was not cleaned . I asked front deck to send someone to clean it at 6 pm and at 11 pm , I came back to the room and found the room remained not cleaned .

The interiors of the hotel is beautiful. Attention to detail from the light fixtures to the bed frames. The location is perfect where you can walk pretty much anywhere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Canopy Hilton’s are always amazing but usually there’s bottled water, condiments for the coffee. Also the mattress wasn’t very firm especially the center of it.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed one night in a 2 queen bed room. We had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
