The staff especially both the young man and the woman desk attendants were awesome and very knowledgeable about their job and were always on the ready. I will definitely recommend and stay there again .

Room was really nice, recently renovated. Problem was they are still remodeling. And have people working 24 ours a day. So I could hear them working all night. But the room I was in was really nice and the view amazing. I do think it was over priced. As I asked to extend my day for one more night and the price was almost double what I paid for the first night. All and all it’s a nice place and staff was nice. Maybe just a bad time to visit. And definitely don’t ask for an extra night the price point skyrocketed.

The place was under renovation. There was a fire below our room. We could smell the fire. Scent during our duration which put a halt to our experience. I have a video of you would like to see it.

I Enjoyed my stay at The Waterfront, the cleanliness, the view and it's quiet. The Only downfall is the Steps and the parking. Other than that, The Staff is Great, the room is clean and the View is Beautiful! Once the 1st floor rooms are completed renovated, I'll be back. I personally can't walk Up & Down all them steps with my bags.

They are renovating, so patients is needed. The room that was available was brand new and very well done. One of the major outlets next to the bed was installed upside down, so none of the USB ports, nor plugs, nor built-in sidelight worked at all. Obviously there was not an inspector after the electrician went through, but sparkling clean room.

Well if your looking for a hot shower good luck!! Hot water only lasted 5 minutes in the shower, then you have to wait 10 minutes for hot water to come back!! Sheets on the bed where stained, gave us wrong room at first, but was resolved shortly after, parking stinks, you have to park and walk a long way just to get to your room, no ice machines, alot of stairs to upper floors, no elevator. The good, the views are nice from the balconys,the rooms are remodeled, but there still working on the rooms!!!

Parking is pretty far from the hotel, but not too bad. They are renovating, but it didn’t affect my stay. Wasn’t that noisy at all. Scenery is beautiful. The park was close and they have a small historical buildings close by. Pretty cool. The room was clean and put together well. The onmy thing that bothered me was the fridge and microwave are in the bathroom 😩. Still, definitely would stay again.
