Amazing hotel. Its brand new so that's a plus. I love that its set up like an apartment. They even have silverware and plates in the full kitchen. My only complaint is that to say you can hear your neighbors is an understatement. With no carpeting, the people walking upstairs was LOUD! During the day/evening didn't matter but at 1am was obnoxious. You could hear the shower and the conversation from next door too. I'd stay here again because its an excellent property but I'll definitely request the top floor next time.

Unfortunately, at the beginning they did not indicate the size of the vehicle capable of entering the interior of the parking lot, so I had to leave the car parked outside and the area is not perceived as safe, in addition to the fact that there are many restrictions for street parking, very close. They don't have good places to eat, otherwise everything is fine.

New hotel - rooms and lounge areas are very nice. Complimentary coffee and tea. Noce rooftop patio with a city view available for guests. Used the kitchenette in the room during our stay and was provided with pots/pans/dish and laundry detergent upon request. Rooms did not have any dressers or other clothes storage options aside from a closet with a few hangers. Only reason we did not give 5 stars.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We stayed here because my husband was in the ICU at a nearby hospital. It is very clean and the bed and bedding is so comfy I didn't want to leave.

We had to take my granddaughter to CHOP for appointments. We found this place and booked it. It was absolutely amazing!! From the staff that greeted us when we walked in to the staff that checked us out!! Safe place for me and my daughter. I would suggest this place to anyone!! Ps: pay for parking!!

The property was very clean. Bedroom Comforter was impressive, the bed however was not. The mattress felt like i was sleeping on wood. The sleeper was no better in the living room. they took a 200 deposit and were not fast in returning it. High marks for cleanliness, very low marks for comfort.
