This is a fairly new hotel with spacious a bed room, a kitchen, and a living area, even with private washer and dryer! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s conveniently located near the Penn campus, with plenty of delicious food options nearby.

Overall, the hotel is okay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The kitchen has nothing except for some silverware and a few plates. We brought food and we're surprised that there were no pots or pans. There is only one small window in the bedroom, so overall the room is pretty dark. There is no TV on the bedroom either. The rooftop deck is fabulous. Unfortunately, whoever was in the room above is was VERY loud and made sleeping difficult. It was ok in an emergency but I wouldn't stay there again.

Very clean almost brand new unit

Very clean unit, and reasonably priced for the area. Smelled brand new. Simply decorated. Hotel staff was superb! Someone was always at the desk and were all very kind and knowledgeable. Coffee/Tea station in the lobby was a major plus!! I wish the hotel was about 5 streets further East, as it seemed to be not the best neighborhood. I felt safe, but... Although, it does seem like the better neighborhoods are slowly moving further West, so that's a good sign. My only complaint was that the walls were a little thin. You could hear all those around you. I would stay here again.

We slept there for a total of 8 hours and used exactly 2 hand towels during our stay. They claim they found damage to the vanity on a “routine check” and tried to charge us two hundred dollars to replace the vanity. That damage was absolutely there when we got there, which they would have seen well before if they do, in fact, routinely check. So unfortunate. This is a classic scam. Very shady. If the hotel makes this right, I will revise the review.

This was a great stay for my mom and I. The staff was great, they were always very helpful. The valet parking was a must for us especially for my elderly mom. They was no way she could walk in the area. We would definitely stay again.

Apartment was good for a 2 night stay. Bathrooms had the essentials, kitchen had utensils, plates and cups but you do have to request any cooking essentials (which was fine). Location was ok not as many restaurants at walking distance for our liking, but we had a car. Parking is $40 per day and you can go in and out however they cannot accommodate larger SUVs. We parked in the street (free) right across the apartment. My only complaint would be the water pressure and amount of hot water. It was light pressure, not enough hot water for a fam of 4.
