This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, itā€™s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

This is being great. The property is beautiful, clean, and very upling. Staff has been wonderful and some speak English. This is a property in the country side of Rio and gives you a feeling of being out of the craziness of Rio. It's great for families and coupleas alike.if you come to Rio, and is looking for a place to rest while having fun, this is the place to be. If you are from Brazil, this is the place to be. I totally recommend.

Eu precisava sair da rotina, por motivos particulares e nĆ£o podia ir para muito longe, exatamente por esses motivos, entĆ£o escolhi um local que me pareceu agradĆ”vel, perto, confortĆ”vel e com preƧos acessĆ­veis. O atendimento Ć© excelente, o quarto Ć© limpo e o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ oferece uma boa variedade, com opƧƵes deliciosas. Seria interessante colocar um ventilador na Ć”rea do cafĆ© para os dias mais quentes. A limpeza de algumas Ć”reas, como a Ć”rea kids e a Ć”rea verde, poderia ser melhorada, e, por ser um local mais antigo, necessita de mais manutenĆ§Ć£o. No geral, minha famĆ­lia e eu tivemos uma estadia agradĆ”vel e ficamos satisfeitos.

Bom, mas pode melhorar....basta modernizar

Hotel antigo, necessitando modernizaĆ§Ć£o e conservaĆ§Ć£o maior. PONTOS NEGATIVOS Falta cuidado com manutenĆ§Ć£o de Ć”rea verde, grama alta e cheia de falhas, atividades outdoor com equipamentos sem manutenĆ§Ć£o e aparĆŖncia de descuido. Sauna inoperante hĆ” mais tempo, deveria ter sido informado na reserva. Piscina com bordas falhas por perda de revestimento, piscina e Ć”rea da piscina lotada de sementes de pinheiro (falta de limpeza evidente), acesso ao meu alojamento sem manutenĆ§Ć£o, mato nascendo na escada, falta de verniz na escada de madeira e porta de madeira com batente da fechadura quebrado, alĆ©m da porta estar agarrando no chĆ£o por empenamento. Quarto OK exceto ar condicionado que estava ruidoso, denotando falta de manutenĆ§Ć£o. PONTOS POSITIVOS FuncionĆ”rios atenciosos, prontamente resolvendo solicitaƧƵes. Um potencial para ser um excelente hotel

Entendo que o hotel Ć© antigo, masinstalaƧƵes do banheiro ruim, ar condicionado muito barulhento, o chuveiro por mais que apertava ele ficou pingando a noite toda, mas o pior Ć© a limpeza, no banheiro tinha aqueles lodos no rejunte, o piso parecia sujo, o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ ok, mas nĆ£o Ć© um cafĆ© bom, o chĆ” da tarde foi ok tb, mas nĆ£o Ć© algo agradĆ”vel, nĆ£o sentir cuidado Ć© o lugar dava uma sensaĆ§Ć£o ruim. Mas os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o excelentes, muito educados e solĆ­citos, a Ć”rea externa do hotel Ć© incrĆ­vel tb.
