Myself and 4 friends planned a rafting trip in the area and decided to stay here two nights. We had a wonderful stay, cute rooms, great service and friendly staff. Restaurant provided multiple options for dining and the breakfast was ample. Would highly recommend!

Great little resort
This is a lovely little resort, in a beautiful location. I would guess not many Americans have visited, but I really appreciated it. The breakfast was nice, the staff was pleasant (although only one spoke English), and it was really nice to enjoy the hot tub with the view when the weather wasn't warm. The room wasn't large, but totally adequate for my needs, and the shower was nice.

Precisa de melhorias!
Eu frequento o Serra Imperial desde 2014, e já foi um dos melhores da Serra; mas infelizmente de uns anos pra cá tem deixado muito a desejar; percebi que a administração familiar que antes era feito pelo seu Didi, o dono, hoje já um senhor idoso, foi passada para os filhos, e com isso, a qualidade e excelência de antes já não existe mais; é evidente que a construção da área externa da piscina e dos chalés foram pontos altos da pousada; que conta com uma paisagem natural linda; mas não podemos deixar de destacar que o local precisa muito de uma gerência efetiva, que observe os pontos que precisam ser melhorados, e que são muitos; como por e exemplo manutenção praticamente em toda pousada; da área externa onde somente uma jacuzzi esquenta que apresenta registros quebrados e sujas; piscina com uma parte quebrada do mármore, a área que tinha que ser aquecida não estava aquecida; a porta do banheiro que alguns anos atrás meu marido ficou preso, e tiveram que arrombar continua do mesmo e não tranca; copos e mesas sujas na área da piscina, dificuldade em fazer os pedidos no bar da piscina, pois não fica ninguém lá; dá a impressão que não tem funcionário suficiente; percebi que não tem uma gerência que verifique, observe e pergunte aos hóspedes como tá a estadia, se tá precisando de alguma coisa; meu quarto só tinha uma lixeira no banheiro, e eu aluguei um chalé; a roupa de cama não tinha um cheiro bom, as toalhas estavam manchadas; o café da manhã empobreceu tb.

O lugar é lindo e a equipe muito boa, com destaque para o pessoal que atende na piscina. Fantásticos! Minha única reclamação é que ao solicitar um travesseiro que estava faltando, o hotel disse não ter, e detalhe, não era um travesseiro extra, Estava faltando em uma das camas, mas valeu muito a pena e pretendo voltar.

Piscina incrivel, estrutura maravilhosa para uma pousada, contudo, precisa se manutenção urgente e constante. Troquei de quarto e, em ambos, o ar condicionado não funcionava a contento. Na academia, que é otima, somente uma esteira funcionando. Os funcionários são incriveis, super prestativos, carinhosos e solícitos. O café da manhã é razoável.
