We checked in and went to our room. After opening the door I noticed it had been kicked in at sometime in the not so distant past and was “repaired” enough to close the door, but it didn’t seal shut and cold air and all the noise of the rude people in the next room partying in the wee hours of the morning (3-4am after the bar was my guess) came in all night.

Ok if just looking to sleep
Room was fine, bed was comfortable. But didnt like that you had to go outside in your swimsuit to get to the pool. Or else bring your suit to the pool and change clothes there. Breakfast was better than expected.

Free shuttle!
Clean room, comfy bed & pillows. Room had fridge & microwave. Fairly quiet. A little noisy if you are looking to sleep in past 8am. Didn't have the free breakfast but coffee in lobby was good and always available. Free Shuttle available to downtown Petosky was great! Great value in staying here.

The room was very clean and had just what we needed - nice beds, hot shower, microwave and fridge, and coffee :). I'd stay there again. Staff at the front desk were very friendly also.

Okay, but not a great smell
The property was okay, but it was a dated property. The rooms were not bad. We had a double queen room. One queen was comfortable, but the other queen's mattress was a rock and went down hill. The room had a bad smell that stayed even with turning on the hvac. It was an affordable room, but if the price was any higher than the $79 we spent, I wouldn't recommend.

We stayed in rm. 210, it was clean nicely made. But the beds were not very comfortable. One looked like it should've been replaced years ago. The one we chose to sleep on ,we kept sliding to the center. The hotel was centally located to Boyne Mountain for the Skywalk and Skylift.And Petosky. We did the tunnel of trees and the Legs Restaurant. The breakfast was a continental style which had a good variety. We enjoyed our stay.
