Rooms were clean and updated. Pool and hot tub were in good condition. However, would clean the ring around the hot tub. It should have looked cleaner! Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine, but having more fruit choices would be appreciated. Thanks for a fun stay!

Great staff. Clean room. Bathroom had a rusty lamp and a shower that started to flood the bathroom if you didn’t point it completely at the wall and obvious water damage and such.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only real issue is that the carpeting in places of the hotel and our room needs to be replaced. Perhaps it will be in the future. It was a bit shabby. I’d rather see luxury vinyl flooring. Also, the water in the shower was almost lukewarm, yet extremely hot in the bathroom sink. I’m sure these issues will be attended to.

We were upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived, which was very nice. It was a suite vs a regular room. We enjoyed the extra space, but the room was in need of maintenance. There was peeled paint in several spots on the walls. The carpet was pretty worn out. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't great. Breakfast was good. The hot tub needed to be swept out because there was sand on the bottom. The room was quiet and we did get good sleep.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was great, and had a natural sense of humor. This was very welcome, because much of what I planned to do was cancelled by a big snow storm. This made the beautiful view from my room all the more appreciated. Being taken to the casino in a limo was a nice free transportation option, especially since I did not have the confidence of the locals on the snowy roads. Breakfast was real, not donuts, etc. The only downside, was I did not have any cash on me, only cards, so I was not able to tip as the workers deserved. I have my hotel for when I return. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Kind of gross, but cheap compared to other hotels
Room was dirty. We found food stuck to the light bulb, and old apple core in the trash. There was a big brown stain on the matress. There was a dirty towel folded up on the rack. The pool was very old and there is zero ventilation. The rim of the pool and hot tub had a brown stain on them. The water was nice, but there was a lot of sediment in both the pool and the hot tub. We will pay extra to stay somewhere nicer next time
