Since I’m visiting near post snow season, parking is easy and the resort is not crowded. Hard to find dining options apart from the cafe and restaurant in the lodge. You have to drive 30mins to Petoskey or Boyne city to eat. Hotel room is clean but old. And the staff are nice on cleaning the room. It’s not far to walk to the lift especially they have lift-side ski valet for free to securely keep your equipment.

We had a fabulous time at Boyne Mountain! The skiing conditions/trails were absolutely perfect! We happened to be there when they had extended skiing hours which was such a bonus! All of the food and drinks we had was excellent, albeit expensive. The property and facilities were clean. We loved loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs, they were clean, hot and spacious. I had read a prior review about the hot tub being taken over by a bunch of teenagers which did happen the first night, however, there was another smaller one that we were able to enjoy that night. Each and every staff member we encountered were extremely helpful and very nice. The atmosphere was cozy with all of the fires going and the lights at night. We had the best experience and I am so thankful that we added these couple days onto our trip!!!

We had a room in Chalet Edelweiss which is unique because it is located right on the ski slope near the Grand Lodge. You can ski right from your building! The staff was more than helpful and always told us how to get information or help, if needed. They openly shared their knowledge of the resort and that added to the experience.

So many fun things to do! We did skiing, zip lining, horse back riding. All activities were amazing including the staff. All resort staff was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable as well. We loved the Jacuzzi and the fire place. We will definitely be back! ☺️

I liked the idea of a ski resort, the problem I had was I would ask questions like how would I get to a certain activity. And they would give me a run around like take the shuttle which only goes to the parking lot and to the one lift for skiiers not where I was going. The part I didn't like the most was when there was a emergency about iferpofen. In the middle of the night. And I went to the front desk and the person gave me the pre-recorded answer which was. Not until the morning when the gift shop opens. It was a rough night. Let's just say, nice place if you don't have problems for questions about the place.

This is a great place for a vacation anytime of the year. The only negative I could say would be that there wasn’t any ski classes during the middle of the week. Kinda hindered my kids learning on the days we chose to go on vacation.
