We arrived after a flight from UK. I had slept only about an hour and was exhausted. The staff took my luggage up to the room for me. The bed was super comfortable and I was able to sleep straight away.

Convenient, my flight landed at 11:40pm, transport from the airport to the Ingot Hotel at that time of night is great. I was picked up by 1155pm. Very convenient when tired and just wanting to sleep. Facilities clean,quiet, safe.
