For price, surprisingly large, well kept rooms in a cute hotel. Inside & out. Good staff at reception. Has its own restaurant. But also lots of options for meals literally around the corner, and the city just short distance on.

Frustrating experience
Confusing, when we got into the room television didn’t work, toilet continuisly ran. Next morning had to go to front desk to ask for instructions on how to use the television only to be told that they needed to send up a repair person. One hour later a staff person came only to tell use he would have to send in someone familiar with this particular model. Several hours of our vacation time had been wasted. So out of disgust we left. When we arrived back that evening television had not been repaired, so we simply gave up. There were no directions anywhere in the room apparently that was all on the television. We had to go back to the front desk several times to ask different questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. A well kept hotel in and area where you are 400 meters walk to the free CAT bus stop. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The restaurant, AMAZING! Lovely staff who were attentive but not in your face and excellent food. So many great options on the menu. Highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

I must say the reception staff was excellent. I booked a day trip & got into some com problems. I asked help from the receptionist. She is so helpful, check my emails & call n help clarify the situation with them, even suggest change date or so.In the end i still did not get to go for the trip cos the other party not agreeable. She is kind even ask me to try get a refund though is supposely non redundable. I took her advice & tried. I got my refund. So thankful of her. Too bad i did not get her name. This incident happen on 28 oct. She is on duty that day. I am not sure if her race is consider an indian.

For a cheaper hotel in the Northbridge area I was really surprised by the quality of the accomadations and friendliness of the staff. The Hotel is lovely and kept to a superior standard. Definitely going back again whenever i need to stay in Perth
