For the most part it was a decent place. My room was next to the elevator which made sleeping rough due to people traffic. My main complaint is that the room smelled funny and my nose keep running when in the room. I inspected the room and found some black geasy looking stuff in the windows. I checked out early due to this and asked the front desk to refund my last day because i couldn't stay because i felt like this would make me sick. The guy said the manager would contact me via email. Please refund for Sunday August 4, 2024 and please clean that room BETTER.

Very clean. Close to the fair grounds with a Waffle House and large General store near by. Breakfast is basically cooffee, juice and waffles but worththe price.

First room, the door didn’t stay closed and there was a cockroach under the sink and hair in the tub. Moved to another room and there was a cockroach running around the bathroom and hair in the bed. Lady at the desk was nice and helpful though

Great place.
We have stayed here one other time. Nice location, well lit. When i made my reservations, I requested a ground floor room thru Hotel.com., when i checked in i was given a 2nd floor room, but they were able to accommodate. Make sure when special requests are made when booking, that they are considered.

We’ve been coming here for 13yrs and the staff are always nice. However sadly the place is really getting outdated and neglected. The bathroom had mold in the ceiling and the floor was not clean. There were dead bugs in the window ledge that I had to clean myself. All in all still good for the price and convenience for our son’s camp. Plus upgrade the room with outlets and plugs for mobile device charging.

Ehh…
Manageable for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. The couch had holes in it and the foam was coming out. There was hair in the bathroom and the shower dripped the whole night. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. It’s pet friendly, so be prepared to hear peoples dogs bark constantly.
