Dirty,bathroom,noisy air conditioner below our room, very little choices for breakfast, spoiled milk , room next to us constantly coming in out of their room late at night slamming their door. Told the front desk as we checked out she was not apologetic and rolled her eyes at me and said she would let them know. Got home tried to contact general manager and no response . Left my number for a return call and no results. Very bad experience for sure. If I don’t hear back I will contact BBB.

Dirty bathroom,noisy air conditioner that kept us up, breakfast was terrible no choices in food ,spoiled milk room next to us was going in out of their room slamming door. Check out I expressed my complaints and the lady was unapologetic rolled her eyes at me and just said I’ll let them know. Was not friendly at all. Very bad experience!! Tried getting a hold of general manager and left my number to return my call with no results. I will be telling everyone I know how bad it was there.

Get Another Hotel

The room was clean but the main area of the hotel and hallway had a weird aroma. The hotel was overran by kids. There were people in the hallway past 10pm drinking and talking. Also in an area in front of the elevators there were lounge chairs by rooms and people being obnoxious. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre. Never enough eggs, protein, and french toast. The drinks were watered down. All in all we were there for business and won't be staying again.

It was graduation week for high schools and colleges in the area, so we were glad to find a hotel. Also, there was a state track meet and baseball tournament. Baseball kids literally ran in the hallways at night until very late. Not restful. Coffee tended to be luke warm and two of the three days was out. Showers were luke warm, as well. The staff at Stoney Creek were nice people. I realize the sheer volume of people staying there added to the discomfort.

Horrible place to stay

Property is run down, dirty, people smoking weed outside the entry doors. Police had to be called because of a fight. Housekeeping staff was very nice, other than that absolute 0.

Not the first time I have stayed there first time was excellent but the last time Hotel cleanliness was good employees were awesome but when went to pool there was about 15 to 20 boys in pool and adults were around but kids were jumping in pool on top of other swimmers and had all towels in pool none of the adults stopped the kids I stayed in pool maybe 30 minutes and left I saw at least 5 other groups of people walk in and when they seen what was going on went back out the door

The pool looked cool, but we did not swim. It had a weird smell. We were in the extra building. It was clean in our room so that was a plus and it was quiet, but it seemed a little run down. Great location but not much for breakfast restaurants around it. The "free" breakfast at the hotel was not much. We didn't end up eating there because it was busy and the pancake machine was down so our girls wouldn't eat anything they had: sausage links, bagels, everything else was empty. Doubt we would stay again but I know quite a few in our volleyball group stayed there.
