The fire alarm went off twice in the first 24 hours. The hot tub was broken. There were no towels in the swimming pool area. The breakfast was terrible.. watery eggs and nothing to go with it. Just an all around bad experience.

It is a fun place to stay with that being said the East side of the building needs black out shades or curtains, the lamp next to the right side of bed does not work, pillows are flat as a pancake. We were in room 216 and were there 4 nights and when I asked for clean towels the young lady said I would have to bring her the dirty towels. I told her that was not happening I pay way too much money to stay there and am not part of the cleaning crew. They did give me towels and I believe she regretted saying it but did not apologize.

Pretty good stay.

I had to book last minute. The room was clean and nice. The bed was not firm, and I had to use all the pillows to get comfortable as none of them had any firmness to them. The breakfast was not good. The bagels may have been fresh several days ago, but they were hard.

Great stay, just one a little rushed

It was a wonderful trip, we just had issues with our late check out. It was requested at check in, I was made aware of the charge. She was lovely. The next morning we have someone do a quick knock and immediately enter our room shortly after 11. We weren’t decent so I just shouted “occupied” and they asked if we had a late check out and what time it was for. Then shortly after, my partner went to the front desk to purchase a drink and was asked “when are you leaving” just like that. So I went back up to ask if there was an issue and I told the woman that we were interrupted this morning and she admitted that was also her. So by that time we had already been barged in on and told her when we’d be checking out and then asked again then told no we’re not being rushed. Great experience aside from this one issue. Everyone else was LOVELY and the room was amazing

Well where do I start, 1st when my wife and I arrived to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary and nephew's 8th grade graduation the first thing I wanted was a shower only to find out that there was no body wash in the room. My wife went to the reception desk to ask if we cold get some and was told "ok i will send someone" approximately 8 to 10 hours later I was informed by the same Receptionist that there was none in the entire hotel. If my wife had been told that in the first place she would have went and purchased some. 2nd when we came back to the hotel Friday evening there was popcorn in the elevator, the next morning it was still on the floor in the elevator well the popcorn was still in the elevator at 7am when i came to get coffee. At approximately 10:30am my family and i went to breakfast at Bob Evans we came back around noon and the popcorn was still in the elevator. At around 2:30pm we came downstairs in the elevator and the popcorn was still in the elevator, i approached the reception and told the receptionist she seemed uninterested in my complaint as i turned i saw a young guy who worked there and asked him if he could sweep the popcorn out of the elevator, to that he rudely responded 'I'm busy" and walked away. At that point i was done. While we were waiting for other family members to arrive we talking about the hotel and some of our issues when ghe receptionist interjected herself into our conversation and said "do we have a problem here" we said yes.
