Good spot to stay when attending concert at Peoria Civic Center. Food and drinks at on site restaurant Craft 309 were good, too.

The parking is down the street you have to walk back to the hotel. If you park late at night at that parking structure at 2 o’clock in the morning is not a safe way to be walking back to the hotel. The area is not very desirable running around all hours of the night.

The staff were amazing and made our stay perfect. The room was very clean and neat, and they have a restaurant for breakfast, awesome happy hour, and affordable dinner. Would stay in this hotel again when in Peoria.

Killed a roach in the bathroom, someone had used the toilet without flushing before I even attempted to use it myself, people were yelling and smoking in the hallway at 4 am and when I called the front desk for help, no one answered. Will never return.

Convenient location. Staff are friendly. No parking facility but recommended a nearby parking building with a fee. Restaurant is a bit pricey for a simple menu but wine was good. Stayed for 6 days and didn’t change beddings, you can request for towels. Bit noisy when people walking in front the door or beside the other room. WiFi streaming is come and go using TV. Overall I feel safe as single traveler.

The check in people were so kind the food at craft 309 and staff were delightful!!!! At check in they even had fresh lavender for you which was so nice!!! I wish they would have had free breakfast and microwaves in the room. The room was gorgeous and clean! The pool and spa is one of the best I’ve ever seen!! There was some riff raff at the pool that I could have gone without like kids in diapers that aren’t swim diapers and clothes no swimsuits in site! also the maintenance man yelling at me and my 15 year old because someone went out the emergency door and he just assumed we knew them that was weird !!! Other then that it was a delightful time and I can’t wait to stay again!

A Must Stay!!
This was my first time staying here and I will definitely be back!! Thebroom was clean and spacious. The restaurant had amazing food and the service was excellent!!

Some things are a little outdated, and worn, but i guess that shows its popularity over the years and I'm sold, every employee had a smile and was helpful or at the least happy to great me. The rooms were definitely cleaned, maybe a little too much as it had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, but moving past that everything was wiped down and washed!
