Good value during none peak seasons.
Always pick the tower for parking and security, rooms are renovated and spacious, tv is a little small for size of room and connection issues with the security for wifi. Other then that good place to stay

The Balcomo has become my new "go to" hotel. Not only is it refreshed and clean it has a welcoming staff. This hotel has a "resort" feel to it. I do not hesitate to recommend it.

Room was large and comfortable. Pool area is really great, lots of seating. Hot tug. Our grandsons loved it. On site restaurant good, but breakfast only on the weekends. Would have appreciated a microwave in our room for warming up coffee and leftovers. Only glitch, our daughter tried to charge her electric car at the charging station, but it didn’t work. Luckily Canadian Tire had a fast charger.

First time visiting Penticton but Balcomo will always be my first choice hotel when we visit there again. Amazing, friendly staff, always easy to find someone around if you have questions. Beautifully clean, quiet suites, close to many activities, restaurants, sites, and shopping. Well done Balcomo!

Property is great, room was clean and new, pool is great too. Only issue was we needed an extra hour past check out time because our golf game ran a bit late, and we got some attitude from the front desk person. Having spent a significant amount of money for 4 nights that was a bit surprising. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Not good value for money. No breakfast at this rate, disappointing. Front reception friendly but not accommodating to any of our requests. Balconies very small and noisy unless you turn off a/c. Why is parking lot gated?? We found vastly superior accommodation our second night in Penticton on long weekend for $150 less.
