Couples get away!
The four Points by Sheraton Penticton was great. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable atmosphere, with spacious rooms with a kitchen. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location is ideal to restaurants, pubs, Okanagan Lake, shopping, etc. I highly recommend this hotel and I know I will be back.

The hotel is conveniently situated by the event centre and close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants and pubs. I only gave them 4 stars due to the wash cloth in our room had holes in it…very thin… and we thought we were wearing our invisibility coats on in the pub.

We were in Penticton for the Jazz Festival and the hotel location was great as we were in walking distance to two of the performance venues. Hotel is new and therefore everything was in fantastic condition. Rooms are generous, staff was efficient and courteous. The roof bar and grill served a great pizza. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stuff at the front desk was not responsible. They took my time to pay me back my deposit and several times they told me to leave the hotel and they will pay it later. I just asked them to try another time and it worked. I mean they didn’t even want to try another time And by one time failure they said it isn’t working go leave the hotel and I don’t know when but we will pay you back your deposit

We loved everything about this property. It is very clean and everything is new. All of the staff are outstanding. The Palmer Restaurant was FANTASTIC and the Rooftop patio is amazing. It is a short walk to the beach and downtown. The only issue we had was that our room was only cleaned once in the five days we were there. We were advised it would only be cleaned every second day. We were supplied extras towels but I would have like to get my roomed cleaned daily as provided by most hotels.
