Stayed here a couple of days while I was in Florida. I hardly ever complain but this room was really gross… I know they only have housekeeping every 2 weeks (which is actually disgusting..) but I guess I would expect whoever’s making the bed and changing things to do some bare minimum things.. 1. The floor was not swept at all.. and there was a weird orange strain on the floor. 2. There were clothes left in the drawer from the guest who was in the room before me 3. There were coffee grounds on the kitchen counters, crumbs around and inside the microwave, and food still in the fridge from the person before me as well. I get that it’s an extended stay but I feel like there are just some things that need to be taken care of before the next guest… But I am giving an extra star because all of the staff members I dealt with were friendly enough.

This is a great place to stay. It's a bit tricky when your trying to get to it. You can miss it and have to turn around. The staff is awesome,very friendly. Exceptional customer service

They do not provide room service or clean linens for 2 weeks. The dryer was out of service so we were unable to wash our own sheets or towels. The floor was not washed.

The representatives of this hotel are exceptional. They are very friendly and very nice. The was ok alot could have been improved which they are working to do. However, the team here tries their hardest to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
