Run and don't look back

This was the most awful hotel I've ever rented. I walked in and right back out again. Went down the road and rented at a different place. I don't have enough space to describe it... just check out the photos.

Do not stay here.

Location is not as advertised. Pictures did not represent rooms. We refused the first room that we were put in as the bathroom didn’t have a door just a sheet. There were no cookware like was advertised. Sheets were old and had cigarette burns in them. On the second night of our stay other guests on our floor decided to have a party. Among the guests was the young lady that worked the check in desk when we arrived.

I believe they have “ hourly rentals “ Needles and lots of dog droppings in parking lot. Police there at least 6 times in one week Filthy rooms. Stains on bedding and roaches everywhere.

Extended stay from purgatory.

If you enjoy roaches crawling across your bed, climbing up the walls, walking across the floor, no toilet paper in bathroom, toilet paper holder broken, 1 washcloth and 1 towel for 2 people, holes and rips in your sheets, a twin size sheet on a queen bed, pieces of door trim missing, and a filthy floor. Then place is for you!

First and foremost id like to say: ZOE AND "MANAGER" I TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO GET MY MONEY. Please if your traveling out of state BE AWARE of this hotel. The pictures are FALSE. The hotel does not know the meaning of clean in any way. They live on site and breath the same filthy air and live in the same filth they will try to sell you. They will cancel your reservation when paying cash, pocket it and say good luck to you when you do not want to stay. Well guess what, I GOT MY MONEY BACK. Hotels.com did a great job handling business. They stand on taking their members serious. I have never experienced such filth and disgusting attitude the way these people run this hotel.

It is not a hotel it is a crack house. Bedbugs,roaches,all doors broken, all smoke detectors disabled. Filthy walls, filthy sheets, and blankets, the drapes had someones blood all over them. cabinets broken, shelves broken, moldy leaking water pipe under sink. I never received a key manager stated they did not have any,she opened the door for me and then went home for the night. I stayed awake all night in a wooden chair with a loaded gun because I didn't want to touch anything.No refund from Expedia they should be ashamed.

Absolutely the worst place you can stay in all of Florida. It was so bad, the young girl that had nowhere to stay that I booked it for, left after 3 days. The door doesn't lock properly, there were some sort of pills left in the tissue dispenser that wasn't removed, the kitchen area was caked in grease, the bathroom had mold growing all over it. She sent me pictures of it all and explained why she was leaving, she didn't feel safe or in a clean environment. I reached out to the property to try to get a refund on the rest of the booked stay for these reasons and they will not respond. Stay FAR away. Their "good" reviews must be from the management and fake, there's no way they would receive a good review from an actual traveller. They should be investigated by the health department for not properly cleaning the rooms in between guests - maybe they need a phone call so it is brought to their attention.

Management lied to us the day we tried to stay there said to get us a remote for the TV and never did they were dogs and little kids running all up and down the Halls they were gangs of people standing outside smoking dope it just did not feel safe and it was dirty

I like the fact they working on keeping people who doesn't room here away and working on keeping the noise level down after hours so working people can rest peacefully will love for more enforcement
