This was one of several staycations for my husband and I, this time his Birthday 10/31🎃. Everything was absolutely amazing as Always! Perfect weather for the Blue Angels in our city and better for our trip and traveling the opposite direction where traffic was beautiful!! Hot complimentary breakfast, restaurant, ice cream shop, room balcony beach view, seconds from the beach all on the property !! Again we have stayed at SpringHill suites and this particular one many times. There is a $25 day parking fee which is not mentioned in the booking. We a Bonvoy members but checking in the lady made sure to mention to have it credited. I did this upon check out but overheard someone else check in and this was never mentioned. Checking out was no problem crediting the $100 back to my card but definitely didn’t expect it. Evidently this location is under new ownership and added the fee per the front desk. I get it but the parking lot this weekend….you know the rest!! Check your receipt!! Definitely a Beautiful place to visit!!!

Remodeled so it looks shiny and great location BUT very uncomfortable beds and old lousy pillows made the sleep difficult. Nice location. Suggest they invest in better beds and foam pillows.

Great stay despite Hurricane Helene!
Because of the hurricane, the hotel was packed. As expected the service side was impacted, but staff really rose to the occasion to make everything right! We had a great stay.

I would no recommend SpringHill Suites Navarre Beach to a friend. My room was not very clean and smelled of mildew. The air conditioning ductwork that ran trough my room must have leaked at some point. The baseboard around it was very rotten and full of growing mildew, gross. The bathroom as well, had mold on the wall by the shower. Not only did the baseboard have mold but the room itself, as well as, the shower was pretty gross. We were charged a $25 a day fee to park! Where were we expected to park? that seemed ridiculous! $60 a day to sit in beach chair for my husband and I! $20 for chicken nuggets! I expected more from a Marriot hotel. The quality did not equal the expense. We had an awesome view of the beach, that's was the best this hotel has to offer! Also, realize that Navarre did not have a lot of dining options. We went into Pensacola.

Hotel was very nice. Mostly clean. Found a weird hair on the body wash in the shower my first time in it so I know it was NOT mine. Gross. The one thing that needs improved is the elevators. There are only two and they are kinda small. It is a 5 floor hotel so lots of people coming and going so sometimes you have to wait a bit.
