This resort is amazing! I have to say it’s the best resort / hotel I’ve been to yet. I am from FL . I’ve stayed at a lot of places but this is the best place I’ve stayed so far. Everything is so clean . The room is huge and very clean. I feel at home here . The shower is my favorite because it’s so big and nice to relax after a long trip from Arizona . Beautiful restaurant as well . I ordered two drinks and the bar tender was so professional!!

Tried to upgrade our room or change it but front desk was unwilling to assist - tried contacting Hotel.com only to wait for over an hour with a chat bot. Absolutely no service. Service at the hotel restaurant was so bad we sat and waited for assistance but instead the server only helped people at the bar. We were there waiting to get our check for over an hour and 1/2. We finally had to go to the bar since to ask for a check. Careful even if the service is bad or the order is wrong they still charge 18tip automatically so it doesn’t matter how bad the service is.

The hotel was nice. I called in advance to see if my room was ready, they said they weren’t able to tell me over the phone. When I walked in, they told me my room was not ready, had to sit in the lobby for a few hours. Not sure why they couldn’t tell me over the phone, seems like a dumb policy, I already paid a non refundable price, just tell me so I can save a couple hours of my time.

We wanted a nice little getaway for my wife's birthday and even though it was just a short 10-minute drive, it was as if we went to a dream vacation spot. The staff went above and beyond. They actually comped a meal for a minor imperfection that we did not even mention. Will definitely recommend and stay there again!
