Booked and paid in full for the 4 days and 3 nights but hotel tried to charge me $279 again at the hotel on top of a $150 deposit. Had to wait for another manager to come and help me check in. Room smelled musky. Room had roaches. Fridge had bugs inside and barely cooled. Bathroom smelled like mold and the bad boards were falling off. Tub was stained. People roaming around the parking lot all day and night. Continental breakfast was mediocre and they had no waffle mix. No maintenance and no room in cleaning for our entire visit. Would not recommend. Definitely not worth the price I paid.
The a/c unit squeaked and ratteled so loud not even 1 out of 4 of us slept. While trying to fall asleep I killed 2 roaches on me! After that I was out of the bed. Total we killed 6 roaches in our room. The towels smelled soured. And one had a stuff in it like dirt or sand like it hasn't been washed
The room service was very unsatisfactory. Bed was never made, we had to go to the front desk daily to get towels,etc. My friend went to complain, and was told that every three days service would be provided as far as the rooms,trash removal. If I had known That La Quinta Inn treats their guest this, never would I have booked this reservation. CERY displeased.
My room had several pet stains on the carpet and form them of that when I first got there because I did have my dog with me. They witnessed me take my dog out several times she never partied inside she hasn't since you this 9 weeks old. They kept my $150 deposit anyway that was wrong and unfair. The room smelled up marijuana smoke constantly and cigarette smoke I don't smoke and I've never done marijuana I inform them of that they come and check the room one time in the two weeks I was there and did find it it was full of marijuana smoke nothing changed I had to live like that for two weeks.
Terrible place to stay does not even deserve one star they never cleaned our room the whole time we were there I had to go and get towels from the front desk because they only have one towel in the room and you have to take the towel back in order to get another towel and I needed four towels and they didn’t wanna give them to me
The room smelled like cat urine. The carpet was wet with white mildew spots. There were no towels upon arrival. We also had to wait over an hour for service at the desk to get our $150 deposit back that was not mentioned when booked. The breakfast sucked. There was nothing left at 8am. A lady that had been staying there for 4 days said they had no syrup for waffles her entire stay.
The stay wasn’t terrible. Rooms were clean but woke up with a cockroach on my covers the first morning and saw a smaller roach on the the bathroom sink the second day.
I did finer with the older establishment paid to get room through Expedia when arriving was hit with a 150 security deposit. Nothing on there websight said anything about this and not even on Wyndham web said anything BE WARE YOU HAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT ON TOP OF THE RENT ON UNIT
We stayed her a week and the beds were nice and soft, The room was clean, would definitely stay here next time. Breakfast was simple, but got the job done. Great size pool, and was kept clean. The only downfall was people smoking weed, and are air conditioner sucking in the smell so are room would smell of weed frequently.
The door to the room had large gaps. The connecting room door was not insulated. They took $150 deposit and an getting nothing but automated recordings and disconnected calls when trying to inquire about the deposit refund. The air conditioner smelled like mold.
