The hotel needs to be upgraded. Not clean. I wish they put more efforts on upgrading the rooms to match the lobby. Customers are paying for the rooms and not the lobby and its amenities. Employees are nice and very helpful.

Property was fine, service was fine, included breakfast was fine. Older hotel for a hyatt place. Management thought me and my partner checked out earily because someone turned in a key that wasnt ours but somehow tied to our room. Hotel staff and management assumed we were in the wrong before checking our reservation and receipt of payment, and attempted to make us pay a second time because they were under the impression we owed them money. Strange experience, but overall average stay.

Best option for an early morning flight as hotel provides 24 hours shuttle service or one can just walk the 3 minutes from the hotel lobby to airport entrance. Best option for when your flight gets delayed 3 times, missed connection, had 6 hour layover in Miami , took the last flight to Pensacola , feels like a zombie and thinking driving home makes one cry, LOL Maybe not that specific lol , but yep that’s just happened to me yesterday.

Very conveniently at walking distance to airport checking. Area is very safe, and staff very friendly. Beds very comfortable, large room and bathroom…. Carpet needs be replaced, windows need cleaning along with elevator and hallway. The whole hotel needs TLC in maintenance and cleanliness

The common areas of the hotel were clean and neat but the room was run down and the door was very difficult to close and lock. I checked in late or else I would’ve asked to move rooms. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
