The only thing that was terrible was the other guests who had no respect for others and were constantly running around the halls at all hours of the night. However, it’s not the hotels fault. Also, their water pressure sucks and at 6pm the water was cold. Otherwise all good.

It was a good place for the price, but there’s a serious safety issue in the bathrooms. There’s a regular bathtub that has no shower mats in the bathtub, which poses a fall risk, especially for people like my husband and I who have arthritis in our knees.

The facility was nice and clean. When we checked in the person at the front was super nice and helpful. We were able to find parking in a safe zone (2 girls traveling at night) and was able to use the key card to get in the side door for easier access. The only downside was that I was not able to figure out the television when we wanted to watch a show. The Wi-Fi was great and we were able to connect our iPad and do some work. There is plenty of space in the rooms and the beds were super comfy as well as clean. Breakfast was great. Hot and cold options were offered with coffee (my dream), tea or juices of choice. The location was excellent and in a safer region of Pensacola. We were close to shopping and plenty of different restaurants. The second night there, we had to get extra towels, and the staff was super helpful again considering the late hour. Overall, for the money paid, I would stay here in a heartbeat again.

Frustrated because they overbooked
When we got to our room, it was not what we booked. We were traveling with our three daughters and booked a room with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The room they gave us only had two queen beds. I went to the front and asked about it. They were sold out of that room. He ended up giving us extra blankets to make a pallet on the floor for our youngest.
