Room was clean and nice, the only real issue we had was we were unable to enjoy pool or hot tub, and actually couldn't even use them... There was absolutely no monitoring of childeren and young teens in the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was literally packed at all times with kids, spilling drinks, jumping in and out etc. Never seen nothing like it at a hilton. There needs to be age requirements for hot tub or parents need to be there in my opinion. I also noticed a big percentage of "pool" guests were visiting staying guests which i also dont agree with.

AIR CONDITIONER IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING!!! Terrible customer service. The air conditioner was not working in the room, we went to the lobby/front desk and they said that maintenance was working to resolve the issue because it was something that was affecting more than one room. After 1 hour The room was still hot and I went back to ask, then the new person on the shift said that she didn’t know anything about it and that we had to wait until the morning because it was night shift and she was the only person there. She also said she didn’t have a fan or any other rooms to accommodate us. In the morning they said it should be fixed already and the person at the front desk gave us 3 complementary drinks for the inconvenience. When we came back at night, the room was still hot, temperature never went below 75 degrees, room smell was awful, the floor in the kitchen was sticky. When we left in the morning I spoke again with the guy in the front desk and he just said “ohhh, I’m sorry “ they really don’t care about the customers and it’s very frustrating because this is not free. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!

Check-in for our stay was a debacle. We got there and they told us there was a problem with the room we booked so we had to be moved. We waited in the lobby with our children for over half an hour before we could go to our room. When we got upstairs at around 8:00, the room was still actively being cleaned. Very frustrating start to our visit. In addition, the fire alarm went off twice during our stay and we had to leave the building both times. The staff was accommodating but we were overall displeased with our stay here.

Great location, friendly/helpful staff

Lots of amenties to enjoy from, including the coffee shop and restaurant, the pool and the quick access to the beach. My room was ready quickly, clean and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. First, they put us in a room where the phones did not work, then they moved us to an upgraded room where the phones worked but nobody ever answered. The one time someone answered, they never brought the toothbrush I requested, and told me I had to come down to retrieve laundry detergent. We were on the 14th floor. How relaxing to have to go to the front desk every time you need something on vacation! I might as well have been an employee!

Perfect location, steps away from crystal clear and snow-white sand. The Hilton has everything an adult or child would need, on site Starbucks with every pastry you can think of, pool side food and drinks, and for a more formal meal onsite restaurant. Every morning buffet breakfast is available, do yourself a favor and add it when booking your stay! The staff went above and beyond always smiling and quick to help with any concerns. The yacht, boat and dolphin tours are only a 13 minute walk away. Great restaurants are even a shorter walk. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful location!

Everything was great but hotel staff when asked for extra or replacement towels they were not responding or speaking loudly in spanish. Being near by beach , morning had shower but beach activities want to have late evening shower but with no towels:-(

We checked into a room that stunk like urine. I asked the front desk to please give us another room, which they did. The shower in our new room did not work properly & the shelf in the closet had fallen off the wall! Do not let the Hilton name fool you! This place needs a lot more TLC.
