Refrigerator broke, plug for coffee pot didn’t work, bed uncomfortable, elevator out of order dryer didn’t dry clothes! Breakfast was good if you like cereal or waffles! View was beautiful

We were locked out of our room 4 different days. The housekeepers walked in because they said we were marked as checking out. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING THERE to anyone. Nothing in the market that is advertised with the hotel. Very misleading.

The staff that worked at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming. But room service that took care of the rooms were very kind and friendly. We understood that the hotel was undergoing construction.

Even under renovation, there were no inconveniences to the guests and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
