Nice place!
People were outstanding. Bed was clean & comfortable. Breakfast facility needs a microwave & better quality sausage. Pool was too small and too shallow.

We stayed 4 night. Housekeeping showed up around 8:30 am to clean. We weren’t even out of bed yet. Housekeeping said they would come back after we were up. We were up and gone in 30 minutes. They never came back. They never cleaned the room The entire stay. Desk person said it would be taken care of and gave us clean towels. When we checked out in the last day the desk person said if we opened a rewards account she would give us points to make up for the poor service. We opened an account. Never got the promised points.

Well, it may be near the water. It’s not near a beach. It’s a view of the bay. The pool is very tiny and very close to the street. Nothing is really walkable. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff is wonderful. I’d like to thank Melissa.

I visited Pensacola for the first time on July 27, 2024.. my stay at Hampton Inn was very nice, the staff was very nice upon my arrival.. the room was very clean and spacious.. the breakfast was delicious.. I would definitely stay here again..

We just left there. This property was great, clean, smelled great, only a few miles to the beach and many great breakfast options. The only downside we seen was the swimming pool, it’s tiny, the water was cloudy, it just look abandoned.
