My visit

Chicago extended stay was a much better breakfast. That was the reason for us choosing extended stay. But found it was a couple small packaged muffins, coffee, granola bars along with oatmeal packages. Not worth the money.

Please note that the access to the Blue Angels practice field is very easy. However, it is misleading for the facility to state they provide "breakfast." Breakfast consists of prepackaged granola bars and quarter sized muffins. One could not even obtain coffee, juice or soda as the machine was broken. I mean, how difficult is it to make coffee??

Outstanding Customer Service

Amazing outstanding front desk service. Power out all day. Motorist knocked out a pole in front of hotel! The staff managed everyone and everything all day with a smile and a flashlight! They never faltered and were incredibly kind and thoughtful Always putting the comfort and convenience of the customer first. Best customer service ever! Thank you.

Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Only 1 entrance /exit. Not much to walk to near by. Breakfast was very limited. You need to get your own groceries to eat breakfast in.

Basic hotel

I should have researched more. Didn’t realize it’s a bare bones hotel. No coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. The full size refrigerator is fantastic for people who have extended stays. If I choose to stay again I’ll be sure to pack a hairdryer.
