Great place to stay!
Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The only thing I wish I had known was that they don’t furnish coffee for the rooms. They do have coffee pots but you have to ask for one which was fine but be aware to bring your own coffee if you want it. They do have coffee in the lobby and a quick grab and go breakfast. Overall it was a great place to stay. It looks to be fairly new too.

Ugghhh...use only as a last resort
This was a last minute booking to attend the Blue Angels homecoming airshow. My Pensacola-based hosts cautioned me not to venture out alone at night as the area around this hotel is notoriously unsafe. There's no restaurant, only light snacks, water and soda available via vending machines (which were empty and property mgt just shrugged saying 'not my job'). And it was expensive, not a good value at all. For me, this is a 'last resort' going forward. Book early, book elsewhere.

For a month old property, we were not satisfied with the bed, it was not comfortable and the sheets were thin and scratchy. That apply to the bathroom towels as well. The kitchen came none equipped and when asked for dish soap I was told they had none! The AC, oh my, it was sooooo noisy. Staff was friend but def NOT worth 525.00 for 2 nights!

Staff is the nicest part of the stay.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was decent size got the suite, had a full size fridge but microwave didn't work even in other kitchen area plugs. Honestly it was hotels.com that screwed up my reservation at another hotels so they put me in it. To be fair they asked me to look at it and i did not thinking i was stuck and had no other option. The area is very rough and the exterior was unkept my dog didn't even want to be there. We spent the first night but the stained sheets and dead roach in the hallway and pool out of order. Staff is great and no pet fee but if you can I'd stay elsewhere.
