Good facility to use for a long time trip. We were in FL for a week and wanted to not spend as much money on food, so the kitchen helped. The laundry facilities were great. Their breakfast that they offer was way below standard but at least they give you something. It's better than nothing. The only complaint is..... make sure you get a room on the 4th floor or you will hear every step, chair roll or bed move above you.

Terrible service i got to my reservation after a long day at 9:00 pm and the from desk tell me that she current give me my room due to and insident they have but nobody call me or let me know earlier because my room was supposedly be ready by 3:00 pm . Finally i needed to go and find another hotel at the time please becarefull when you reserve at this hotel. Hope nobody goes thru this again

My phone was acting up because it was storming and I couldn't access the internet to finish the booking process. I walked in the hotel to ask if i could use the wifi so i could complete the booking of my room. She was rude and told me no, probably because I'm black. Normally I would have went to another hotel, but i went to Walmart and uesd their wifi and got the room just to go back and be smug with the rude woman. I was ok then. Lol she was surprised to see me come back

Needs improvement

Stayed here for two night. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. The room was adequate in size. However bathroom/floors should’ve been cleaned better. First found one long hair which figured that happens. But throughout stay found many more, which showed a poor job of cleaning the floors. Note - continental breakfast should be removed from being a “feature” of this hotel. I have never seen such a small assortment of items. There was a coffee maker, a few pre packaged hardball eggs and tiny yogurts. There may have been a couple oatmeal packets too. But this in no way should qualify was continental breakfast. Added to this the only drink vending machine was either all out of stock or malfunctioning since that didn’t work. Hotel would clear out during the day and location can be convenient depending where you need to go. Walmart and fast food is within a few minute drive.
