Great stay!

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was pretty limited, but passable. My friends paid About $100 more for another local hotel and were not pleased.

Location was good easy off and on the freeway. Close to dining, shopping and gas. The staff at check-in was rude that set the vibe of our stay. So we parked on the side of the hotel to avoid the ride staff so we thought. But, three of the maids were always conveniently on a smoker break next to the door. So my son with asthma had to walk through the smoke. Yes, we said excuse us please. But , not one of them moved. Trash was next to them but they were on break so not one of them picked up the trash. Or their cigarette butts. The room I booked online was not available so we had to get another room and pay extra for a hideaway bed. The Hot tub was broken, the pool had over 50 people in it the first night we were going to go swimming with the kids. Next time we tried to get in the pool it was freezing. We are differently going to pass on staying there next time we go to Pensacola.

Was very disappointed. Called before we booked confirming that there was a pool that was heated and it was all operational. When we arrived i confirmed that the pool was operatiinak and heated. Told yes but they just cleaned it and would be open after 7. That was fine. When we got to the pool the hot tub was drained with cones around it. The pool was run down, not well kept, and ABSOLUTELY NOT HEATED. This was the only reason we booked hear, to take our daughters swimming. Very disappointed after confirming twice. The rest of the facility was averrage at best.

A hidden gem

I felt safe in the location of the hotel. The room was updated and clean. The pool was nice and clean. It is barely heated. The hot tub was out of service.The breakfast was great! Helpful staff! Great value for the price!
