This hotel is right on Keuka Lake. We got a room with a small patio so we could enjoy the lake. Clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Close to the adorable downtown Penn Yan!

After checking in to the hotel, we got to our room and notice it was not the type of room we reserved. When I called to the front desk, the same gentleman said that a room with a king sized bed and sofa was not available. Supposedly all rooms were booked and they overbooked the hotel. We were not told that our room type was changed during check-in. I guess they thought we wouldn't notice. Disappointing.
