Café da manhã

O café da manhã deste hotel foi uma grande decepção. Além da qualidade abaixo do esperado, a experiência foi prejudicada pelo fato de o serviço estar disponível para não hóspedes, o que resultou em um ambiente lotado e desorganizado. A reposição dos alimentos era lenta, e muitas opções simplesmente acabavam sem reposição adequada. Esperava um serviço mais bem estruturado e exclusivo para os hóspedes, mas, infelizmente, não foi o caso. Não recomendo para quem valoriza um café da manhã bem servido.

Razoável, mas pode melhorar

Atendimento cordial de toda equipe, porém o hotel precisa melhorar na manutenção. Roupa de cama menor que a cama, alguns objetos quebrados (dispenser de sabão, papel, etc). Não fique nos quartos do andar térreo, o barulho impede de dormir.

As crianças adoram o hotel por conta do tema e do espaço kids do restaurante (terceirizado). Porém, a cama e o travesseiro são bem desconfortáveis e a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar.
