The room we had was like a dungeon. Supposed to be a king suite. The sink light bulb went out and the desk said they had no one on duty that could change a light bulk. At check out the lady said they would provide a discount. That didn't happen. I would never stay there again.

Our reservations were made more than a month in advance, where we booked two rooms. Not not only were our rooms on opposite ends of the hallways they were on different floors. I personally spoke with a live person when the I checked on the reservations. Clerk on duty refused to get us rooms closer together when we checked in shortly after 3:00 p.m. We make a trip to LaGrande once a year; we will not be staying at the Super 8 by Wyndam next year.

Biggest con was no elevator, which can really be an issue if you’re staying multiple nights and need to bring more than a couple bags. Hot tub and pool was nice- pool was heated. Breakfast was grab and go but was decent. Overall, recommend for the price.

Desperately needs a deep clean, mold in the bathroom, hair that did not belong to us in the supposed clean bed. The carpet was absolutely filthy. It worked for one night. Just such a bummer of a stay. Won’t stay here again.

The room we stayed in was in a awkward spot in the hotel (outside around the corner), the door did not close without slamming it, it was dirty, the phone beeped all night and I had to unplug it. Tara was amazingly friendly though! She was awesome.

Good facility. Hotel is clean and the room was nice enough. They need larger bath towels for people. The indoor pool was great. Just a bummer the hot tub was down for maintenance.
