I had a family emergency that required me to leave 4 days early. I had previously paid for the option to leave early if needed, Expedia was supposed to see about me getting refunded for the days I would not be there, they initially did speak with someone and advised me via email that I would get an answer that never happened. Won't be staying at Bos Landen ever again.

Came in late and only stayed 1 night. On arrival, property is in nice area and looks nice. Rooms are dated. There was a hole in the shower wall the size of a quarter and bathroom baseboards were dirty. Beds are very soft. Exercise room is small but functional. We didn't take the time to check out the pool. There is a small 'bar' with limited options but it was a nice amenity to have. Breakfast was adequate, and standard hotel breakfast fare- waffles, the fold over egg/cheese thing, biscuits and canned gravy, yogurt, cereal, etc. We would stay again for a short stay.

We weee not informed that the hot tub was out of service. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had known. We were bothered every morning at 8:30 with room service wanting to clean our room. We had people sleeping yet or getting dressed. Had to ask for juice every morning as they had run out. They did not offer any kind of discount because of the hot tub not functioning. Probably won’t stay there again.

Dont hesitate its good.

Nice pool area, the water temp was fine. The hot tub was goid but you have to get out every 5 min. To restart it. [A longer setting would be a huge improvement]. We had some really nadty little tween girls come in and start trouble leading to an even nastier mother vomebin and really get it stsrted with us. After i got her backed we left. The desk clerk was good about keeping it non violent. The hotel is not to blame for this nasty Karen and her bratty kids. Breakfast is so so. The waffles were real hood the rest was ok.
